I may be useful for stain work only Too soft of bristles for painting ... I may be useful for stain work only .. Over priced for its quality 110 Stars if I could!I'm pushing 70 yrs. old so I've used a lot of trimming brushes in my lifetime. I can honestly say this is the best brush for trimming I've ever used...considerably better than the $10 one I purchased from a box store. I'm repainting my kitchen with a thicker acrylic type paint and this brush worked amazingly well on the trim. I had already done one wall a week or so ago and the trimming, with a different brush, was a pain AND had to do two coats...didn't go on smooth, had to continuously go over to get our brush strokes, etc. Trimmed out the rest of the kitchen yesterday using this brush, only needed one coat, and the difference in the application was like night and day. I'm going to order 2 or 3 more of these just so I have them on hand for future projects, if needed. Strongly recommend!5and it was great! I am in the process of repainting my ... This was the first angled brush I have ever used, and it was great! I am in the process of repainting my whole house. This brush was excellent for those small hard to reach spots. I have two bedroom doors where the trim almost meets in the corner. This was my only brush that could fit in the spot without messing up the trim paint. Worked like a charm. 5Great brushA very good quality brush , especially for the price. I've paid 3 or 4 times the price for a supposed better quality brush but they were not as good as this one. I've done trim on 4 door casings and 2 rooms on the floor trim and it did a fantastic job.5These brushes are my new 'go to' brush. I prefer them to more expensive brushes.I used to prefer a wooden handled brush. Now I will not go back to them. This 'cuts in' nicely when edging trim with the new acrylic paints. But most importantly you can leave it to soak while cleaning, without swelling the handle. The handle is plastic, and so it doesn't matter if you soak them over night. This is a big step up in cleaning efficiency from the wooden handled brushes.5Best brush I bought. I'm not a professional painter BUT I am an artist and can be really critical and picky. I bought three different brand/types of brushes when I repainted my kitchen and this one was the winner. As a nice bonus it was also the cheapest. I wish I had just bought three different sizes of this one. Love the plastic handle vs wood. The thick bristles feel sturdy and hold a lot of medium. One note however is water gets trapped in the brass part when i clean it out. Turning it upside down and shaking it seems to be the only way to get the water out. Not sure if it's just mine or all of them but thought it was worth mentioning. 5Great quality brush for a great price Great quality handle/bristles, and nice soft bristles that stay together and provide a beautiful paint job. Would buy again and would definitely recommend! See terrible picture for the vanity I painted with this brush. 5Good trimming brushesI have grown an attachment to this size and style of brush for detail work. They seem to work for me really well when painting baseboards, cabinets, cutting in walls and doors....and so many other places. Obviously, you would not want to use this for larger areas, but for all of my detail work this is now my go to brush. The bristles are nice and soft and hold ample paint. The end is also angles, which I find helpful when painting smaller items like what I have mentioned. The handle is nice and sturdy, and if it is too long can be easily trimmed down. Looked at almost the identical item at a big box retailer, and it was 2 to 3 times the cost of this one.5Wooster is the only paint bush I buy nowThey cost more but oh do they make a very big difference! Paint just glides right on without and visible streaks. This is my third purchase as I've been updating a 1980's townhouse and presently working on the bathroom. I needed a smaller brush to get inside the tiny spaces.Seriously, if you want your project to look good, don't skimp on the costs of paint or brushes. Buying the right material will save you both time and money in the long run while looking terrific.5CheapI ordered two types of Wooster brushes when I saw them on Amazon as I am a huge fan of the brand. I thought it was an amazing prize. It was simply too good to be true. The brushes are absolutely nothing like Wooster brushes I have bought in the past and I would never even attempt a project using them. As a matter of fact, I believe I could probably find a better brush in a dollar store. I truly cannot believe Wooster attached their name to this product!1Do not recommend. Might be nice if you're painting a totally flat surface, but was using it to paint wood and it fell apart after just one use. The bristles were curling up everywhere and falling out. Definitely do not recommend. 1Good Brush Great Price Great little brush to cut in around window panes, etc. So far washed and reused a few times and is holding up real well. Paint comes out much easier for some reason than with other brushes in the past? Great for the price. 5Having used the flexhandle sash brush as a favorite I knew I needed to also have a more ...Having used the flexhandle sash brush as a favorite I knew I needed to also have a more narrow brush for tighter spots. I did not want to give up the quality and feel of brush. When I saw Wooster had this size softtip angle I decided to give it a test run. No disappointments. Paints even, smooth strokes, does not clump easily and clean up is a breeze. I anticipate this brush lasting a long time like my other. I have used and cleaned it many times all to 'paint again another day'.5FantasticBest paint brush I ever used. I was fed up with cheap paint brushes just to save a little money. All of them would leave bristles in the paint job that had to be removed, messing up the paint job to where they had to be repainted. I finally got to the point of being fed up with cheap paint brushes. So I decided to try a good quality paint brush that cost more to see if it was worth it. I bought the 1 1/2" Wooster brush and it was fantastic. It didn't lose any bristles and the paint job looks great. I'll be using Wooster paint brushes for all of my painting jobs from now on.5No longer happyThese are a super find at a bargain price. They're great for acrylic paint. You can spread a lot of paint quickly and they're really easy to clean.I find myself reaching for Wooster brushes instead of $25 brushes from Princeton.Update: After 6 months, I'm no longer in love with Wooster brushes. Mine are starting to shed, and the tapered bristles take on weird shapes after cleaning. For acrylic gesso and spreading a base coat of white on canvas, I've turned to Purdy Pro-Extra Monarch brushes. They seem better than other Purdy brushes for this job.3Great for general painting and grout work.We used these to apply grout sealer. We have thousands of feet of tile grout, and applied three coats of sealer to most all of it. These little brushes worked very well. We wrapped them in Saran Wrap so they stayed pliable overnight. Very nice and inexpensive enough to be considered a disposable brush, but they did clean up reasonably well.5
