Heavy Metal BandLooks good and is easy to install but the black paint comes off after a short time of use.Update 5/3/17The vendor was concerned about the problems I experienced with the black color. Without me contacting them, have shipped a replacement black band. The replacement band is of improved quality and to date the black color is durable.4Great Customer ServiceI bought this band a couple of weeks ago, and when it arrived I was impressed at the quality of the product and the shipping container (TIN can) was not something I expected. I tried it on and to my surprise, the band was small for me. (Not that the band is small) I mean for a normal person I would've been right, but I have a very big wrist, almost 211cm. diameter. so the band didn't fit. I called the seller and they immediately were very helpful and polite. A sales representative(Maggie) talk to me and asked me to verify a couple of questions in order to corroborate the purchase, afterward, she sent me a couple of extra links at no cost. They just wanted to make sure that i was satisfied. and i am. i love the fact that these guys are very professional and truly care about customer service. I strongly recommend this seller and this band is a wonderful worth it product.5Good product, great service!Very nice watchband, not as comfortable as a leather band obviously but if you want a metal band, this one is good. Initially I had problems removing the pins/links with the supplied tool to obtain a proper fit. After contacting the company they immediately sent a much better pin removal device and I was able to quickly remove some links to achieve the desired fit. I attached it to my Samsung G3 without issue and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Kudos to "Maggie" at the company who was instrumental in solving my pin removal problem. Would buy from this place again, without question .4Don't change bands frequentlyOn the whole, I liked this band very much for my Gear S3 Classic. I love the style of it for daily use and it works even in dressier attire. I didn't have any issues sizing the band down like some reviewers had, but where I did have problems is in the "Quick release" pins that hold the band to the watch.Originally, I had planned to use this band as an everyday band and then switch out to the original leather band that came with my S3. The first time I went to change out the band, the small pin that is retracted popped out. Apparently it is just held in by friction or something. It took me the better part of 30 minutes to get this tiny piece back together. Then a few months later, I decided to give it a try again and ended up with the same results (quick release pin fell apart).If you are looking for a good watch band and have no intention of changing it out often then this is decent quality for the price. I have had mine for 19 months before it got caught on something and popped a pin. If you intend to use the quick release pins to change the look of the watch often, then you may do better looking elsewhere.3Lasted over 3 years of tough use, looks sharp like it could be a factory band for the S3 Classic3 year update: I've had this band for 3 years and had no issues at all until now. And I'm very hard on watch bands doing construction. Finally a pin on the clasp wore out and won't stay in so I ordered another one. I hope the 2nd one lasts as long as the first one. It has been great!Original review: The band came quickly and the quality seems surprisingly well for the price. I semi expected it to feel cheap but it does not. The clasp holds very sell and is definitely well built also. The tool that came with it to make adjustments was great. It is perfect for the S3 Classic and looks like it is the band that would come with it. Very happy!5Pros outweigh the consMy old watch band for the Pebble Time Steel broke and is no longer being sold, so I had to find a replacement. I have tiny wrists (<5.5 ) and I wanted gold stainless steel to match the Pebble; turns out that is harder to find than I thought. I went through 5 or 6 gold stainless steel watch bands before settling on this one. I am not *perfectly* happy with it, but am keeping this band since it is good *enough.*Pros:- gold steel color is spot on- pin tool is easy to use (kind of)- the weight of this band is fabulous. Nice and heavy- the clasp seems strong- it s a good size for a small wrists (once you take all possible links out)Cons:- #1 worst thing about this band is that the quick-release pins (that attach to the watch) fall right out as soon as you take the band off the watch. The whole point behind quick-release pins is that you can change bands quickly. Every night, I switch to a sleep band, and every morning I have to search for the pins that inevitably fell out of this band. Super annoying. (Pictured)- the pin removal tool (for resizing) broke when I first started using it. Thankfully it had a backup part, which then worked well- the gold inside the band is wearing off already, and I ve only been wearing it for 3 days (also pictured)- the clasp is a little long and makes the watch squarish if you make it the smallest it goes (really only a problem for tiny-wristed folks)All in all, the pros outweighed the cons for me. Really wish they would fix the design of the quick-release pins even just providing a thicker pin would suffice.4Great quality with added bonusesThis watch band is very durable and high quality. it's easy to install and comes with an extra post in case one of them jumps away. It also comes with a tool to take out extra links. as an extra bonus you also have a case that you can store the tool and the extra links and the pins for the links so you never lose them. I love how the quality of the steel is good it resists scratches and overall has a good quality feel. I'll definitely buy from again for future watchbands. Easy to install.BAD: Adjusting...Tried to remove a link and from the start it was having issues. Tool that came with it would start to bend. Took a lot of tries and when i finally got 1/4 of it out i noticed that the pin wasn't a pin at all. It was like two 16g rods twisted together (makes me wonder how they even got it in the first place). Worse was it wasn't even coming out straight. Tried to remove another pin but when it started to have issues again I didn't even bother.I gave up, placed the original bands on and tossed this in the trash. Total waste of money and time. Not even worth what I payed for.UPDATE: So customer service was great, they sent me a new one along with a different style tool. Used it for a few days and it feels good.Like the look of it, way better than the rubber OEM ones.As for the new adjustments:Tool worked so much better (its the hammer type). End striker pin was a stronger/better quality too, didnt end up bending/breaking.Only issues were like the last one, the pins. Same thing with the new one. One came out easy, three needed a little pull with pliers (just for the last mm or two). Had to straighten it out so it could be reinstalled. But it went back in easy.3I needed to remove 3 links which was easy to doJust got the band and put it on my Gear S3. I needed to remove 3 links which was easy to do. The box itself has the instructions and it comes with the handy tool. I uploaded a picture of my watch with the band on it and the picture of the tool. I also added a photo of the box with the instructions.Added another 2 with it on my wrist5More than expectedI've had it for a few months now and I have to admit that I'm impressed. Way better than expected. I thought it was going to be low quality but nope, looks great! Everyone thinks it's a real gold watch. I also use the golden face plate for mine and both of them together look amazing. Has a real heavy feel to it and actually has a gold color to it. I thought it would come out to look super off gold but nope, looks great. It's also durable and color wont come off in water. I use it daily:)5
